Dr. Marianna Pasciuta received her dental degree (DDS) from the Central University of Venezuela, Caracas. Later, she pursued post graduate training in Operative Dentistry at The University of Iowa in Iowa City, where she earned a Certificate and Master of Science Degree in Operative Dentistry.
In 2005, she completed specialty training in Prosthodontics at the Louisiana State University in New Orleans, where she joined the Faculty of the Department of Prosthodontics as a full time Assistant Professor.
Currently, Dr. Pasciuta works as an Assistant Director of Post Graduate Prosthodontics at Nova Southeastern University, College of Dental Medicine and also maintains a private practice limited to Prosthodontics and Restorative Dentistry.
Dr. Bernard W. Segall has been a practicing prosthodontist in Miami since 1973. He is well known as a local, national and international lecturer whose research in maxillofacial prosthodontics has been printed in numerous professional journals and textbooks. He is currently a full professor in the Graduated Prosthodontic Department at Nova Southeastern University. He is also on the clinical staff of Jackson Memorial Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital.
Dr. Segall received his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the University of Pittsburgh in 1968. Upon graduation, he continued his training in prosthodontics at the University of Pittsburgh and completed his maxillofacial training at Roswell Memorial Park Hospital, a renowned cancer research hospital in Buffalo, New York.
A fully integrated member of the Dade County professional community, Dr. Segall is past president of many societies, including the American Cancer Society (ACS), the Miami Beach Dental Society (MBDS), Dade County Dental Research Clinic (DCDRC), and Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity (AODF).
Dr. Segall resides with his wife and young daughter in Coconut Grove, Florida.
Dr. Luciana Ravazzi has been a general dentist in Coconut Grove, Miami for more than ten years. Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Dr. Ravazzi first earned her degree at UNESP- Paulista State University in Sao Jose dos Campos, where she graduated in the class of 1993, following in her father’s footsteps, as he also has been a dentist for over 50 years.
Dr. Ravazzi practiced general and cosmetic dentistry in Sao Paulo, Brazil, for eight years before moving to the United States in 2001. While in Brazil, she also obtained an Advanced Education degree in Preventive, Interceptive and Corrective Orthodontics. She continued her career in the United States, being accepted at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles in 2005, where she participated in the Advanced Standing Program for International Dentists, achieved the Dean’s list throughout her graduate program, and earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 2007.
After obtaining her licenses in California and Florida, Dr. Ravazzi moved to Miami and joined the practice, performing general, restorative, cosmetic, root canals, CEREC®, Invisalign®, and pediatric dentistry. She is a very well-known general dentist in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove area.
Dr. Ravazzi resides in Miami, Florida. Dr. Ravazzi is a member of the following professional dental associations: Florida Dental Association (FDA), South Florida District Dental Association (SFDDA), California Dental Association (CDA) and American Dental Association (ADA).
Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Dr. Di Giorgio first earned her degree at USP- University of Sao Paulo, where she graduated in the class of 2003. Dr. Di Giorgio had her own practice in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she treated general, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and special needs dentistry for 10 years before moving to the United States in 2013. While in Brazil, she specialized in Functional MaxilloFacial Orthopedics, a field of Orthodontics. Her passion for Special Needs patients started soon, and she has been working with this population since the beginning of her career. She continued her career in the United States, being accepted at the New York University Lutheran in 2015, where she participated in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2017.
During her training and career, Dr. Di Giorgio has performed nationally, and internationally extensive research in the field of special needs dentistry and orthodontics, publishing several articles, including a chapter in the book “Pediatric Pain - Current Aspects” talking about Intellectual Disability and Dental Pain Management. She also has been presenting the results of her research and clinical experience in various meetings.
Dr. Di Giorgio moved to Miami and joined the practice, performing general, restorative, cosmetic, root canals, CEREC®, pediatric dentistry, limited orthodontics, and special needs dentistry. Dr. Di Giorgio is happy for being part of Dr. Sharp dentistry team.
Dr. Alexandre Lombardi V.L. Ribeiro received his dental degree in 2001 from Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
In 2006 he completed his training in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Nova Southeastern University in South Florida. In 2010, he completed his training in Periodontics, Periodontal-Prosthesis and Master in Oral Biology at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. This is one of the most prestigious programs worldwide, not only because University of Pennsylvania is an Ivy League School but also the program of Periodontics & Periodontal-Prosthesis has over 50 years of tradition.
During his training at University of Pennsylvania Dr. Ribeiro has performed extensive research in the field of implant and restorative dentistry. He has been working with the most contemporary advances in implant and restorative dentistry. He has presented the results of his research in national and international meetings.
Dr. Ribeiro uses his specialty training in Periodontics and Prosthodontics to better collaborate with other colleges. His most important goals are patient comfort and satisfaction.

Dr. Sydney Sher is a dentist serving the community of Miami, Florida where she was born and raised. She attended the University of Pennsylvania where she received her Bachelor’s degree and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Sher then returned to South Florida to obtain her dental degree from Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Sher is an associate at the Prosthodontic Dentistry of South Florida in Coconut Grove. Patients enjoy her gentle touch, vibrant personality, and vast knowledge of the field of dentistry. Bruno Sharp, dentist located in Miami, FL, is a Prosthodontist specialist with more than 20 years of advanced training and experience, has provided professional dental care in Coral Gables and Miami for the past 12 years. Born in Rio de Janeiro and following a family tradition of more than 100 years, Dr. Sharp is the 4th generation of dentists from the Sharp family from Brazil, who have studied in the United States. Dr. Sharp first earned his dental degree in Rio de Janeiro and completed an advanced program in Restorative Dentistry at the National University in Brazil. He chose to study in the United States, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree at the Virginia School of Dentistry. He then decided to specialize in Prosthodontics, and graduated from the University of Florida’s College of Dentistry Master’s program.
